   • We accept items for exchange that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.

2. Change of Mind:

   • Change of mind or decision change is not considered a valid reason for exchange and is absolutely inapplicable.

3. Eligibility for Exchange:

   • Customers are eligible for an exchange only if the purchased product does not meet the specifications and features outlined on the website.

4. Exchange Timeframe:

   • To expedite the exchange process, please dispatch your item within 7 days from the original receiving date of the order.

5. Deadline for Exchange:

   • Items cannot be exchanged after 7 days from the original receiving date of the order.

6. Return Conditions:

   • Items must be returned with all tags or stickers still attached and must be in their original packaging and condition.
